Divine Sunflower was created with the understanding that life does not happen in separate little boxes.

And sometimes, while taking care of everybody and everything else, we realize that we need support too.

That is why Divine Sunflower is an all-in-one space created to help you grow personally, prepare practically, build confidently, and move intentionally.

Divine Sunflower is more than one service or one program. It is a growing community filled with resources designed to meet people in different seasons of their lives.

Sometimes you do not need someone to create a new version of you.

You need someone to help you remember the woman who was already there.

Through encouragement, reflection, coaching, workshops, and personal-development resources, Divine Sunflower creates opportunities for women to strengthen their confidence, establish healthy boundaries, rediscover their identity, and move forward with greater intention.

You are allowed to grow.

As an educator, I understand that parents often know when something is not quite right academically, even when they may not know exactly what questions to ask.

That is why education is an important part of Divine Sunflower.

Families can find resources designed to help them better understand their children’s academic needs, recognize potential learning concerns, prepare for school meetings, advocate effectively, and access practical educational support.

From tutoring and parent workshops to downloadable resources and guidance, our goal is to make education feel less overwhelming and more accessible.

A Letter From Dr. Latoya Nugent

Dear Beautiful Woman,

If nobody has told you lately, I want to tell you:

I see you.

I see the woman who keeps showing up even when she is tired.

I see the woman who has taken care of everyone else while quietly wondering when it will finally be her turn.

I see the mother trying to make the best decisions for her children.

I see the professional carrying responsibilities that nobody else completely understands.

I see the woman rebuilding.

The woman healing.

The woman dreaming again.

The woman who has made mistakes.

The woman who has survived things she does not always talk about.

And the woman who knows somewhere deep down inside that there is still more for her.

You are seen here.

You are heard here.

And you are welcome here.

You do not have to arrive at Divine Sunflower with everything figured out.

You do not have to have the perfect plan.

You do not have to pretend that every area of your life is together.

Come as you are.

Bring your dreams.

I created Divine Sunflower because I believe people need spaces where they can receive both encouragement and practical tools.

Sometimes we need somebody to remind us that we can do it.

And sometimes we need somebody to show us how.

Here, you can receive both.

My desire is for this community to become a place where women grow in confidence, families feel empowered, children receive support, dreams receive strategy, and people are reminded that their current chapter does not have to be their final chapter.

A sunflower grows toward the light.

And even after difficult seasons, you can too.
